Ruby Tuesday in Elizabetd

The food was really good... The atmosphere was nice and quite.. Except my wife and i had to wait 30 minutes for our food and the place only had a few people inside, and the waitress didnt give us no updates and why our food was taking so long .. We had to get the manager attention to help us..

I called to do a pick up order the girl that answered the phone sounded so miserable, I thought I called someone’s cellphone and was bothering them.. then I ask her the total of my order and she tell me “I’m not the host so I don’t know” ..... then when I actually go pick up the food I’m told to go to the bar, the girl at the bar completely ignored me so I started walking away to find someone else... she finally ask if I need help and I told her my order, she says nothing and just hands me a ticket then walks away..... I’m standing at the bar confused for a few minutes before I go find the manager, he helped me get my order but I would not recommend going here.. the girls that work here are completely miserable & hate their jobs

The salad bar was repulsive! It wasn't clean...dressings mixed with other dressings, spilled food everywhere. Croutons beyond stale. Food was even worse. It tasted like an over microwaved dinner. Would never return to this location!

The prices are incredibly reasonable and the food is good. The chicken quesadilla was tasty (especially with the side sauce), and the fries were good. Given that you are paying fast food prices if you order one of the specials, I was really impressed. The one disappointment is the extremely slow service, although I penalized this place a bit less for that given that the other nearby options are the airport and a packed food court.

My family and I decided to come here sunday evening after we saw that the place was more than half empty. We were are a party of four but the host brought us to a table with only 3 seats (chairs), so we asked to be brought to a different table, preferably a booth. The host then walked away and dropped the menus to another table without saying anything. This left us to figure it out on our own. We then waited 15 minutes without anyone coming to take our food or drinks. Completely terrible management and experience.

Service was adequate at best. The server was friendly. The food was on par with other Ruby Tuesdays. Appears the place could be a little cleaner.

This is the BEST Ruby Tuesday! Very friendly, helpful, clean and fast service!Had a large takeout order, Tashee was great! The kitchen was very quick and food presented beautifully! Nice staff!

Service and food was good. I had the quesadillas with the all you can eat salad bar. A lot of the ruby Tuesdays in the area closed down so it is nice to see this one still doing well.

Even in quarantine the food is still amazing. There is one guy working and he is doing an amazing job

Pretty good... However, other Ruby Tuesday locations had more salad bar options. Good service.

Great service great salad bar reasonable drink prices

The food is great. The service is good. The place is relatively clean. They have different options in the menu. My kids enjoyed their ribs mashed potatoes Not fun of Cole slaw. The salad bar is good just a little bit too cold. They should deem it down. Now drinks wise, not good. We got margarita and sangria, the bartender didn't do a good job at all. They need a better bartender. I am not big on drinking but when I do, I want to enjoy it. That's the only reason why I gave them 4 stars. Otherwise, overall it was a good experience.

It was out late evening choice on a rainy night. Food good and cooked to perfection. They were busy and understaffed but our service at the bar did not lack.

I was very excited to eat here. I love Ruby’s! They sat us down. It seemed like they were having a meeting at the front of the restaurant. We waited 10 mins. I decided to request a server. I had to interrupt their meeting just to get water. The manger took our drink order. Still waited for a server. I had to get up again to ask for someone to take our food order. The manger explain that they were in the middle of a transition of shifts. I don’t even know why he’s telling me this. Not happy at all!

From the first moment you enter that place team give you a nice feeling. Very congenial crew, it is a friendly place to enjoy with buddies or with your date. enjoyable food, professional chef, decent cost and attentive service. Highly recommended.

I like Ruby Tuesday and this one is no exception. Standard menu but lovely waiter. I'm gluten intolerant and had great advice so no problem. Whish I had tried the peanut butter whisky.

Delicious walk in and take out dinner the other day. Salmon was done to perfection!

Personally i think that this was a small salmon portion for the price .. but all withstanding... it was good

The food at ruby's Tuesday was awesome. They waiter was awesome! The wait wasn't long.....we went right in. The lobby was clean. The tables was prepared for the next day. The utensils wasn't all the way clean. It has spots on it

I visit this place a lot since I work in the area. I must say the service is always good and they keep the place neat all the time. Rates are affordable and they serve big portions.

The service was ok but the bbq chicken bourbon salad was terrible

Food is still good but this place is dirty. Old soggy carpet. Yikes. Either they are planning to sell or close the doors but i was shocked that the owner has let this place go. Its in a perfct location. Food would b a 4 to 5 n decor is a 1. So 3 stars for now. Change the decor...at least pull up the carpet. I hate carpet in restaurants. Then ill come back to change the rate.

The food is the best of any of the places by the Mills at Jersey Gardens. Not the best Ruby Tuesday I've ever been too (North Wilkesboro, NC is best), but still really good. I always enjoy the "serious" salad bar when I come to a Ruby Tuesday. Burger was good, and their onion rings are much better than their fries.

Love everything about this restaurant! Upon entering and being greeted by the hostess, the place was well decorated and lit just right. Our server was very friendly and tended to our needs and made suggestions to assist us in determining what to order. Excellent food quality and taste.Recommend the steak and ribs and shrimp scampi appetizer.Definitely returning!

Service is pleasent , food and kitchen quality need to improve... I ordered 8 oz Steak Middem and it came out well done and steak was thin and tiny - it doesn't look like the picture on the menus

Good food! Great selection. A little pricey because portion size wasn't big but that enabled us to finally eat a 3 course meal without bursting at the seams. Nice cozy restaurant. Must try their chocolate fall cake!

Really good food and excellent staff. If your looking for a handy place to go to that cater for all food allergies then here is the place. Only my 2nd time in a Ruby Tuesdays. Will be back.

The glazed salmon was good. Could've been a bigger portion for the price. The sauce used was really good . The only thing bad was the waiter did not tend to us properly. We had to tell someone to go get her when we needed something or it was time to go.

Enjoyed lunch with family who came from out of town. Food is great. Our server was a gentleman.

Remember why I avoid chains. Went because it was near the hotel. Ordered Med-Rare Blackened Rib-eye was closer to well done. Had absolutely no flavor, tough and full of gristle. Salad bar items were frozen. Think it needs a good cleaning, all I could smell was stale booze.

Absolutely horrible! Witness was terrible. Never came by once to see if we were OK, We had to catch her to tell her we need our check and restaurant wasn't even packed. The food was beyond terrible. Cold and just plain nasty! Then here we go with the shenannegan... They had the nerve to over charge my bill by $12 which I got an alert on my pho immediately. Called the bank and was told this restaurant charged for gratitude. Which means if you pay with card the waitress would get twice the tip and she must certainly didn't deserve nothing. Spoke with Asian manager and he denied it. Completely unprofessional! Never again would I waste my hard earned money on terrible food and Incompetent staff. DO NOT USE YOUR BANK CARD HERE unless you get text alerts when card is being used.

NEVER EVER GO HERE! Absolutely TRASH food. TOTAL RIP OFF! Ruby Tuesdays have never been good but this one was absolutely repulsive! This was my plate I was served. They said this was the normal plate. I could of made a better meal myself in a MICROWAVE! not to mention the chicken was extremly rubbery! It was a miracle I didn't get sick after eating this plate.

Sirloin and Cobb salad were good and service was kind. But don't ask for more as it's a fast food diner. Most of the parking is full with people from the mall.

This place is very good, specially if you're very hungry....

Stopped in for some spinach dip and chips. Delish! Bartender is cool, nice atmosphere. The other day I grabbed the lunch combo of the crispy chicken sandwich and fries with the add on of the salad bar to go. Seriously was the best chicken sandwich I ever had. I made a gorgeous salad that lasted a couple of days too..all for $14. Perfect

Well, it got us by for a night stranded at the airport hotel. It could have been a lot worse. Food was average. Definitely passable. This place was much better than in tje hot or at the airport. Place was clean. The staff tried hard.Best thing was they take United meal vouchers.

Place is good. The customer attention is good . What most I like is the comfortable of the place.
